Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard on every airport ride. If you would rather be met inside, meet and greet is an optional add-on: $199 per booking, chosen at checkout. Curbside means your chauffeur waits outside on the arrivals level where the terminal allows, watching your flight. Meet and greet means your chauffeur comes inside to baggage claim holding a sign with your name, helps with bags and walks you to the vehicle.
For international arrivals at MIA, the inside meeting can matter. Immigration and customs can add 30-60 minutes of unpredictable time after landing, and a chauffeur at the carousel means no confusion about which door, which curb, which level.
We track your flight from wheels-up, not just scheduled arrival, so a delayed landing or a slow customs line does not cost you a missed pickup, and your 60 free minutes run from actual landing.
Pickup Procedure
Standard pickup is curbside at the arrivals-level door closest to your carousel, timed to your actual landing. With the optional meet and greet add-on, your chauffeur comes inside to the baggage claim area for your flight's carousel with a printed sign with your name. Select it in the booking form; it needs your flight number so the chauffeur is at the right carousel at the right time.

What does meet and greet include that curbside doesn't?
Your chauffeur is inside at baggage claim with a name sign, ready to help with bags and walk you to the vehicle. Curbside, the standard service, means meeting at the arrivals-level door instead.
Is meet and greet worth it for a domestic flight?
For domestic arrivals with carry-on only, curbside is usually simpler and just as fast. Meet and greet earns its keep on international arrivals, first-time visitors, or anyone traveling with checked bags and kids.
How long do you wait if my flight is delayed?
60 minutes free wait time at the airport, tracked against your actual landing time, not the original schedule. You won't be charged extra for a delay outside your control.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
