What's the difference between Round-trip, Fly & Sail, and Full Cruise?
Round-trip PortMiami covers the airport-to-port ride on your sailing day and the port-to-airport ride on your return day. Fly & Sail adds an arrival-day ride to a hotel in Miami or Miami Beach before the sailing-day port ride. Full Cruise covers all three: arrival to hotel, hotel to port, and port back to the airport.
How do I book, and when do I pay?
Pick a package, enter one date and time per leg, and pay online. Your deposit holds every leg; the balance is charged automatically to your card on file 72 hours before your first pickup. Inside 72 hours you pay the full fare up front. All timing, including free cancellation, counts from your first pickup. Packages need at least 24 hours' notice.
Do the packages cover Port Everglades?
No, the six packages run to and from PortMiami only. For a Port Everglades group trip, contact us for a quote.
What time should I leave for an 11am boarding at PortMiami?
For most terminals, leave Miami Beach or Brickell by 9:15-9:30am for an 11am boarding window — the drive is 15-25 minutes, but terminal check-in lines build fast between 10:30 and noon. Flying in first? We recommend a minimum 3-hour buffer between landing at MIA and your terminal drop-off.
Do you drop off directly at the cruise terminal?
Yes — curbside at your specific terminal building (we confirm which one when you book, since PortMiami has separate terminals per cruise line). Your chauffeur helps unload luggage to the porter line; you're never walking bags across a parking lot.
Can you pick us up from Fort Lauderdale Airport for a Miami cruise?

What about the day we get back — do you handle debarkation pickup?
