Long-distance pricing isn't a meter running longer. Past roughly 40 miles, we quote a flat rate built around drive time, tolls, and a return-leg allowance for the driver, so you know the total cost before you leave, not after you check the odometer.
Most bookings here come from people who've already ruled out renting a car for a one-way trip, or who don't want to sit through a 3-hour drive themselves after a red-eye landing. A driven Suburban with room for 6 and full luggage capacity handles both.
Pickup Procedure
Because this hub links routes departing from MIA, FLL, PBI, and points across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, pickup follows the specific origin page for your route, airport meet-and-greet or curbside protocols apply the same way they do on any local trip. What's different on long-distance bookings is the departure buffer: we build in extra lead time given highway conditions on I-75 Alley, US-1, or I-95.

For a one-way trip, usually not once you factor in the rental drop fee, gas, and your own time driving. A flat-rate driven trip lets you work, sleep, or manage a call for the full drive instead.

Yes, this is one of our more common long-distance bookings, particularly for connecting travelers who'd rather skip a short regional flight.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup by card link, Zelle, or cash. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Inside that window, 50% of the deposit is retained; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — up to 2 complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) with advance request. Additional seats are subject to availability and an advance-approved quote.
