Every one of those routes has its own page with real distance and duration numbers; this page explains how the pricing model behind all of them works.
Long-distance pricing isn't a meter running longer. Past roughly 40 miles, we quote a flat rate built around drive time, tolls, and a return-leg allowance for the driver, so you know the total cost before you leave, not after you check the odometer.
This hub is for people who've already ruled out renting a car for a one-way trip, or who don't want to sit through a 3-hour drive themselves after a red-eye landing. A driven Suburban with room for 6 and full luggage capacity handles both.
Pickup Procedure
Because this hub links routes departing from MIA, FLL, PBI, and points across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, pickup follows the specific origin page for your route, airport curbside protocols apply the same way they do on any local trip. What's different on long-distance bookings is the departure buffer: we build in extra lead time given highway conditions on I-75 Alley, US-1, or I-95.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

We quote long-distance trips as a flat rate based on distance and drive time, from $129 as a baseline. Contact us with your specific origin and destination for an exact number.
Is it cheaper to rent a car for a long-distance Florida trip instead?
For a one-way trip, usually not once you factor in the rental drop fee, gas, and your own time driving. A flat-rate driven trip lets you work, sleep, or manage a call for the full drive instead.
Do you do airport-to-airport transfers, like MIA to PBI?
Yes, airport-to-airport is a standard long-distance booking, particularly for connecting travelers who'd rather skip a short regional flight.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
