Terms of Service

The Reservation Contract
These Terms govern every reservation made with GDACS LLC d/b/a Miami Black SUV Executive Service ("Miami Black SUV Executive Service", "we", "us"). By submitting a booking, paying a deposit, or riding in our vehicle, you agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation Policy.
Rates & Payment
Quoted rates are flat, one-way (unless booked round-trip), and all-inclusive of the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard wait time, and card processing. Gratuity is optional and not included. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation; the balance is due before pickup, by card through a secure payment link, Zelle, or in cash to the chauffeur before the ride begins. Hourly service is billed at $110 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Gratuity is optional and not included; 15–20% is customary and can be added on your payment page or given to your chauffeur directly.
Wait Time & Punctuality
Airport and cruise pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time from actual arrival; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time beyond these windows may be billed at the prevailing hourly rate, prorated.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip without refund in cases of illegal activity, violence, harassment, or willful damage to the vehicle. A $200 cleaning fee applies when a passenger leaves the vehicle needing professional detailing (spills, stains, vomit, sand or mud on upholstery, or odor). Damage beyond cleaning is billed at cost.
No Smoking
The vehicle is strictly non-smoking, including vaping. A $500 detailing fee applies if this rule is broken. If a passenger refuses to comply, we may end the trip without refund.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we make a good-faith effort to locate and return them. Contact bookings@blacksuvmiami.com as soon as possible and we will coordinate return, which may involve a reasonable delivery or courier fee.
Liability & Limitations
The vehicle is commercially insured and operated by a Miami-Dade County-registered chauffeur. Our liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation, except where limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or consequential damages caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure beyond our reasonable control, or third-party acts.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform a reservation due to events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, government orders, road closures, or other acts of God. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a reservation shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
