Terms of Service

The Reservation Contract
These Terms govern every reservation made with GDACS LLC d/b/a Miami Black SUV Executive Service ("Miami Black SUV Executive Service", "we", "us"). By submitting a booking, paying a deposit, or riding in our vehicle, you agree to these Terms and to our Cancellation Policy.
Rates & Payment
Quoted rates are flat, one-way (unless booked round-trip), and all-inclusive of the vehicle, chauffeur, and standard wait time, except gratuity and tolls, which are additional. A 20% deposit is charged to confirm your reservation; the balance is due upon completion of the trip. Hourly service is billed at $110 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Wait Time & Punctuality
Airport and cruise pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time from actual arrival; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time beyond these windows may be billed at the prevailing hourly rate, prorated.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip without refund in cases of illegal activity, violence, harassment, or willful damage to the vehicle. Damage caused by a passenger (including but not limited to spills, stains, or odor requiring professional cleaning) may be billed separately.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we make a good-faith effort to locate and return them. Contact alberto@gdacs.net as soon as possible and we will coordinate return, which may involve a reasonable delivery or courier fee.
Liability & Limitations
The vehicle is commercially insured and operated by a Miami-Dade County-registered chauffeur. Our liability for any claim arising from a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation, except where limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or consequential damages caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure beyond our reasonable control, or third-party acts.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform a reservation due to events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, government orders, road closures, or other acts of God. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund your deposit.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a reservation shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
