Uber Black's price can change while you're still deciding whether to book. With us, the fare shown is confirmed when you book, subject to availability, and that number is what you pay whether traffic on the MacArthur Causeway is light or the app across town shows a 2.5x multiplier.

Pickup Procedure
Point-to-point pickup is straightforward: your chauffeur arrives at your specified address 15 minutes ahead of the requested time and texts you on arrival. No terminal logistics, no venue staging, just a car at your door when you asked for it.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

How is this different from just calling Uber Black?
The fare is confirmed at booking and subject to availability for your date and time, and you get the same driver and vehicle for the full trip rather than a rotating pool of app drivers. From $129.
Can I book a one-way trip with no return?
Yes, point-to-point is one-way by default. Round trips or multi-stop days are quoted separately and often cost less per leg than booking two one-way rides.
What if my meeting runs long and I need the driver to wait?
We offer hourly booking at $119 with a 2-hour minimum for exactly this. Let us know when booking if your schedule has that kind of uncertainty built in.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
