Frequently Asked
Is the price metered, or does it change with traffic?
There is no meter. Your fare is confirmed when you book and does not change with traffic or how long the trip actually takes. Fares are subject to availability for your exact date and time.
What's included in the price, and what isn't?
The rate is all-inclusive — vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and standard fees. Tolls are included; you are never billed for them. At airports, your chauffeur waits free for the first 60 minutes; time beyond that is billed at the hourly rate.
Do you wait for a same-day return trip, or do I need to book two one-way trips?
Book it as a single round trip. The return leg is 20% off, and your chauffeur and vehicle are held for you rather than booked as two separate one-way runs.
Is there a rest stop on longer drives?
Yes. Trips over 3 hours — Key West, Orlando, Tampa — include one rest stop along the way.
How much luggage fits, and can you bring a car seat?
The Suburban holds up to 6 standard suitcases comfortably. Child seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking — note the count and ages when you book so they're installed before pickup.
How far in advance do I need to book, and is a deposit required?
24 hours' notice is preferred for long-distance trips. The same payment policy applies as everywhere else: book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves the date, with the rest due 72 hours before pickup; book closer than that and checkout collects the whole fare. Cancellation follows our standard policy.
