MIA gives you 60 minutes of free wait time, so a slow immigration line at Terminal D doesn't cost you anything extra before the Suburban is loaded and moving toward the Dolphin Expressway.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.

Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
