- The 7-passenger limit is firm — no exceptions for safety.
- A $200 cleaning fee applies for spills or messes left in the vehicle; smoking in the vehicle carries a $500 fee.
- The chauffeur can refuse service to anyone who cannot ride safely.
- A hard end time is set when you book. If the vehicle is available afterward, extensions are billed hourly.

It's the standard hourly service: $110 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Your chauffeur and the Suburban stay with your group for the whole booking, so you have one car for the drive in, the game or show, and the ride home.
