Information We Collect

When you request a quote or make a reservation with GDACS LLC d/b/a Miami Black SUV Executive Service ("Miami Black SUV Executive Service", "we", "us"), we collect the information needed to provide the ride: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, flight or cruise details, passenger and luggage counts, child seat requests, and any notes you provide. If you pay a deposit, our payment processor collects and handles your card details directly — we do not store full card numbers.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to confirm and fulfill your reservation, communicate about your trip by email, SMS, or phone, track your flight or cruise schedule, process payment, and respond to questions. With your consent, we may also send occasional follow-up messages such as return-trip reminders or a request for feedback after your ride.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the vendors necessary to complete a booking — for example, our payment processor and SMS/email delivery providers — and only to the extent required to perform that service.

Data Retention

We retain booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and to serve repeat clients efficiently. You may request that we delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep by law.

Your Choices & Contact

You can opt out of promotional SMS or email at any time by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe, without affecting transactional messages about an active reservation. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email alberto@gdacs.net.
