Riding With Us
We welcome collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, and other folding mobility aids, which our chauffeur will help load and unload at no additional charge. Service animals are welcome in the vehicle at all times, at no charge, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Vehicle Limitations
Our 2022 Chevrolet Suburban is a standard executive SUV and is not a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) with a ramp or lift. If you use a non-collapsible wheelchair or require a lift-equipped vehicle, let us know when you book — we will do our best to help you arrange a WAV alternative through a partner provider in the area.
Requesting an Accommodation
Tell us about any accessibility need — mobility aids, service animals, visual or hearing assistance, or anything else — when you book or by emailing alberto@gdacs.net in advance, so your chauffeur can plan the pickup accordingly.
