Convention & Trade Show Transportation
Meeting planners booking Miami Beach Convention Center trade shows aren't trying to solve one ride. They're solving 40 attendee rides across three days between hotels on the Beach and the convention floor, and a single missed shuttle reflects on the whole event.
We build a standing shuttle-loop quote around your actual schedule: badge pickup hours, exhibitor move-in, evening receptions. One dispatcher, one set of drivers who learn your group's names and room numbers by day two.
This is a B2B relationship, not a one-off booking. We invoice on terms, hold a block of Suburbans and Sprinters for your dates, and give you a single point of contact who adjusts pickup times as your agenda shifts.
Pickup Procedure
For convention bookings we coordinate directly with your event contact or hotel concierge to set a recurring lobby pickup point and rolling schedule, rather than booking each ride separately. Chauffeurs check in at the hotel bell desk and confirm passenger counts against your roster before each departure.

Frequently Asked
Can you handle a multi-day shuttle loop between our hotel block and the convention center?
Yes, this is our core convention offering. We quote it as a standing loop rather than individual trips, request our multi-day shuttle-loop quote form for your dates and headcount.
Do you invoice the company directly instead of individual attendees booking?
Yes. Corporate accounts are billed on a single invoice with the standard 20 percent deposit due after we confirm the schedule, not before.
What happens if our conference schedule changes mid-week?
Your dedicated contact adjusts the shuttle loop as sessions run long or receptions get added. We ask for as much notice as possible but build slack into the driver schedule for exactly this.
