Hourly service is $119 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Book 5 hours in a single day and the rate drops by 10% across the whole booking. Book 6 hours or more and it drops by 20%. No need to negotiate, the discount applies automatically. Cadillac Escalade available on request for about 40% more than the Suburban fare (the exact amount shows before you pay).

Your chauffeur and the Suburban stay with you for the full booked window — multiple stops, waiting time between stops, and standard wait at each location are all included. Fuel and tolls are included. Gratuity is optional and at your discretion.

Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the rate — and gratuity is optional.

Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.

Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
