Most car services make you request a quote before showing a number. Ours are all here — every marquee route, one standard fare, no meter, no negotiating at the curb.
What are your flat rates, and what is included?
Every fare is a flat price for the whole Suburban, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, with no meter. Tolls, fuel, and airport or port fees are included. Gratuity is optional and not included; 15–25% is customary. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit holds the ride. Inside 72 hours, pay in full. A 7-seater Suburban is available on request for an additional fee. For 8 or more passengers we arrange a Sprinter, up to 13.

Not Included
- —Gratuity is optional; 15–25% is customary. Add it after the ride, or tell the driver.

- —Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign — optional $199 add-on, charged once per booking, airport pickups only; curbside pickup is standard
Deposits & Cancellation
- —50% deposit to book over 72 hours ahead (full fare inside that), balance due 72 hours before pickup — the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with
- —Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup
- —No smoking or vaping in the vehicle ($500 detailing fee)
- —$200 cleaning fee only if the vehicle needs professional detailing after your ride (spills, stains, odor)

What's included in the flat rate?
The vehicle, chauffeur, flight tracking (airport trips), and free wait time — 60 minutes at airports and cruise ports, 15 minutes everywhere else. Fuel, tolls, and card processing are included. Gratuity is optional and not included; 15–25% is customary.
Do I have to pay the full amount when I book?
Only if you're booking 72 hours or less before pickup. Book further ahead and a 50% deposit secures your reservation; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Is the rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Every fare covers the whole Suburban, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. A 7-seater Suburban is available on request for an additional fee; for 8 or more we arrange a Sprinter.
Can I ride in a Cadillac Escalade?
Cadillac Escalade available on request for about 40% more than the Suburban fare (the exact amount shows before you pay). Tick the upgrade on /book for a point-to-point, round-trip, or hourly booking. It is subject to availability and we confirm within 2 hours. If no Escalade is free, we refund the upgrade and you ride in the Suburban.
