Are your rates really flat, or do they change with demand?
Flat, always. The price on this page — or the price your instant quote shows — is the price you pay, regardless of time of day, weather, or how busy the airport is. No surge pricing, ever.
What's included in the flat rate?
The vehicle, chauffeur, flight tracking (airport trips), and free wait time — 60 minutes at airports and cruise ports, 15 minutes everywhere else. Gratuity and tolls are not included.
Do I have to pay the full amount when I book?
No — a 20% deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due on completion of the trip.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours retain 50% of the deposit; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Is the rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Every fare covers the whole Suburban, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, at no extra charge for group size.
