Our fleet is a single Chevrolet Suburban, and knowing exactly what it holds, 6 passengers and 6 bags comfortably, saves you from booking a sedan and finding out at the curb that your group and luggage don't fit.
Compared to an Escalade, the Suburban gives up a little badge prestige but wins on cargo depth and third-row legroom, which matters more once you're loading golf bags, a stroller, or four checked suitcases for a family trip.
If your group runs past 6 passengers, that's a different vehicle entirely, and we're upfront about it rather than cramming extra people into a car built for six. Email us the headcount and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange.
Pickup Procedure
Because this is a vehicle-class page rather than a route page, pickup logistics follow whichever service you're actually booking, airport, hotel, or point-to-point. The consistent piece is the vehicle itself: one Suburban, confirmed for your booking, with capacity for 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

How much luggage actually fits in the Suburban with 6 passengers?
Six standard checked bags fit in the cargo area with all seats occupied. If you're traveling with golf clubs, extra-large luggage, or more than 6 bags, tell us at booking so we can plan the load.
Do you offer an Escalade instead of the Suburban?
Not as our own vehicle. The Suburban is the only vehicle we own, chosen for its cargo depth and third-row room. A 2026 Cadillac Escalade is available on request — contact us for availability, and we confirm the vehicle, the driver, and the price before you book.
Is the Suburban the same vehicle for airport runs and hourly bookings?
Yes, one consistent vehicle across every service type. What changes is the itinerary, not the car.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
