A Mercedes Sprinter with a chauffeur seats up to 13 passengers. For a PortMiami cruise, six fixed packages cover every leg for the whole vehicle: Round-trip PortMiami from $565 (MIA) or $805 (FLL), Fly & Sail from $549 (MIA) or $659 (FLL), and Full Cruise from $779 (MIA) or $999 (FLL). Book and pay online: pick a package, enter one date and time per leg, and pay a deposit that holds every leg.
If your group is 6 or fewer, the Suburban covers you directly — see the fleet page or start a quote. For a Sprinter trip that is not a PortMiami cruise package — a Port Everglades cruise, a wedding, a night out — it is on request: contact us with your headcount, pickup, and date and we will confirm availability and price before you book.
Every package price above is fixed and covers fuel, tolls, and airport and port fees. It is the price for the whole Sprinter, split evenly across up to 13 seats, not billed per person.

Pickup Procedure
For a cruise package, book and pay online; your pickup times are the ones you enter for each leg. For any other Sprinter trip, pickup is arranged by email once we have confirmed availability and price.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

My group is larger than 6 — what are my options?
For a PortMiami cruise, book and pay for one of the six fixed Sprinter packages online. For any other trip, email us your headcount, pickup point, and date, and we will confirm Sprinter availability and price before you book.
How many people does the current Suburban hold?
Up to 6 passengers and 6 large bags — and a 7-seater Suburban is available on request, additional fee.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
