LIV, E11EVEN, and Story don't run on a schedule you can plan around from home. A wait-and-return booking means your driver parks near the club and stays there, checking in by text, rather than you trying to summon a fresh rideshare car at 2am from a sidewalk full of people doing the same thing.
That's the real difference from a one-way rideshare: continuity. Same driver, same car, waiting outside whether you're in for 90 minutes or four hours, with no new booking, no new driver assignment, no price reset at last call.
This works especially well for a group bar-hopping between two or three spots in one night. Rather than booking a fresh ride each time you move, the car simply follows your plan and waits at each stop.
Pickup Procedure
For nightlife bookings, your chauffeur meets you at your starting address, then waits at each subsequent stop, club, bar, or restaurant, checking availability with you by text rather than leaving after drop-off. If your plan changes mid-night, message your driver directly and the wait-and-return continues at the new location.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Does the driver actually wait outside the club the whole time?
Yes, that's the core of the wait-and-return model. Your driver stays nearby and checks in by text so you're not stuck trying to book a new ride at 2am when the streets are jammed with people leaving at once.
Can we do multiple stops in one night, like dinner then two clubs?
Yes. Hourly booking at $119 with a 2-hour minimum covers exactly this kind of multi-stop night without rebooking between each location.
Is this safer than driving ourselves or splitting up into rideshares?
That's the point of it. One driver, one vehicle, the whole group together for the entire night, no one separated at a club exit trying to find a car alone.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
