Ultra's downtown Bayfront Park footprint closes streets across a wide perimeter each March, and rideshare pickup right at the festival gates has become genuinely chaotic, documented waits of an hour or more aren't unusual once the night sets ends.
We solve this with distance, not proximity. A pre-set drop-off and pickup zone a few blocks from the festival perimeter beats fighting the crowd crush directly outside the gates, and it's a short, safe walk either way.
This matters most at the end of the night, when tens of thousands of people try to leave Bayfront Park within the same 30-minute window. Your driver holds a fixed zone and a fixed time rather than circling the chaos looking for you.
Pickup Procedure
For Ultra, we set a specific pickup zone several blocks from the Bayfront Park perimeter, confirmed with you before the festival, rather than attempting the gridlocked streets directly outside the gates. Your chauffeur sends the exact corner and holds it through the festival's posted end time.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

We confirm the exact pickup corner with you before the festival and your driver texts a live location update as the night winds down, so you're walking to a known point, not searching.
Can you handle a group split across multiple days of Ultra?
Yes, book each day separately or as a multi-day package; we'll hold your preferred pickup zone consistent across all three days for simplicity.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
