eMerge Americas draws a different crowd than Art Basel or Ultra: founders, VCs, and corporate delegations who need multi-day transportation booked on a business account, not a single leisure transfer. The buyer here is a company travel coordinator, not an individual attendee.
The Miami Beach Convention Center hosts eMerge alongside its own set of logistics: badge pickup, investor meeting circuits between hotels and the venue, and evening receptions that don't follow the main conference schedule.
We set these up as corporate accounts: one invoice, one contact, a chauffeur who learns the schedule rather than starting fresh each morning. What the account covers is one Suburban, 6 passengers and 6 bags, held against your conference days.
Pickup Procedure
For eMerge Americas, we coordinate pickup directly with your company's travel coordinator to set a standing schedule across conference days, hotel to Miami Beach Convention Center in the morning, evening receptions and investor dinners as your agenda requires. Your chauffeur confirms with the coordinator who is riding on each run before he leaves the hotel.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Can you set up a corporate account for our whole delegation's conference days?
Partly. The account is real: one invoice, one contact, the full multi-day schedule quoted as a block instead of individual attendee bookings. The car under it is one Suburban with one chauffeur, up to 6 people at a time, so a delegation that needs several cars moving at once is more than we have. Email us the headcount and dates and we'll tell you honestly which parts we can cover.
Do you handle investor meetings that pop up off the main schedule?
Yes, hourly booking at $119 with a 2-hour minimum covers the unpredictable meeting circuit that runs alongside the main conference agenda.
How far in advance should a company book for eMerge week?
As early as possible, conference week strains vehicle availability across the city. We recommend booking your delegation's schedule at least two weeks ahead.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
