Pickup Procedure
For eMerge Americas, we coordinate pickup directly with your company's travel coordinator to set a standing schedule across conference days, hotel to Miami Beach Convention Center in the morning, evening receptions and investor dinners as your agenda requires. Drivers confirm passenger counts against your delegation roster before each departure.

How far in advance should a company book for eMerge week?
As early as possible, conference week strains vehicle availability across the city. We recommend booking your delegation's schedule at least two weeks ahead.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup by card link, Zelle, or cash. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Inside that window, 50% of the deposit is retained; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — up to 2 complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) with advance request. Additional seats are subject to availability and an advance-approved quote.
