South Beach Wine & Food Festival Transportation
The South Beach Wine & Food Festival isn't a single-venue event. A typical February evening runs from a chef's dinner at a South Beach hotel to the Grand Tasting Village on the sand to an afterparty three blocks north, each with its own valet chaos and none of them close enough to walk in dress shoes.
This is a wait-and-return page by design. You don't want a car for one leg — you want a driver who parks near the Village, waits through your two hours at the tasting tents, and is there when you walk out, then repeats the pattern for the next stop.
Our hourly rate covers exactly this: $119/hour with a 2-hour minimum, so a full SOBEWFF evening across three venues runs as one held booking instead of three separate rideshare gambles in surge pricing.
Pickup Procedure
For a SOBEWFF evening, we recommend the hourly hold: your chauffeur meets you at your hotel or the arrivals curb at MIA, FLL, or PBI (60 minutes free wait on airport landings), then stays with the vehicle through each stop on your itinerary rather than dropping and re-dispatching.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Can the driver wait during the Grand Tasting Village while we're inside?
Yes — that's the standard SOBEWFF booking pattern. Book hourly ($119/hr, 2-hour minimum) and the vehicle holds nearby through your time at the Village.
We have three events in one night across South Beach — is that one booking or three?
One booking, billed hourly for the full block. Give us the addresses and rough timing and we sequence the stops.
Is parking near the Village realistic during festival week?
Street parking tightens significantly during SOBEWFF; that's the reason to book a held car rather than drive yourself — your driver manages the parking problem, not you.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
