Pickup Procedure
For hotel and Miami Beach pickups tied to the show, your chauffeur pulls to your building's main entrance at the confirmed time and calls or texts on arrival. For MIA arrivals heading straight to the show, the standard 60-minute free wait applies from wheels-down, tracked live, so a delayed flight into a show morning doesn't cost you a missed appointment.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

What's the hourly rate for a multi-stop boat show day?
$119/hour with a 2-hour minimum. A three-venue day usually runs 4-6 hours; we quote the exact block once you share your schedule.
Is there room for sample cases or contract binders?
The Suburban holds up to 6 bags alongside 6 passengers, which covers a broker's case load without needing a second vehicle.
How far in advance should we book during boat show week?
As early as you can — boat show week is one of the busiest on the Miami calendar, and there is one Suburban. Payment locks the date the moment you book — a 50% deposit if you book ahead, the full fare if it's inside 72 hours — with any balance due before pickup.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
