Miami Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week both run on a schedule built for models, buyers, and press moving between venues on a clock they don't control — a call time doesn't move because traffic on the Julia Tuttle is backed up.
This page is built around the day-rate booking, not the single airport transfer. A buyer working three showroom appointments and a runway show in one day needs a vehicle that stays with them the whole time, holding while they're inside and ready the moment they're out.
Six seats and six bags mean a stylist's rack of garment bags and a model's kit don't force a second car. One Suburban, one schedule, one driver who already knows the venue list.
Pickup Procedure
For talent and press arriving via MIA, FLL, or PBI ahead of Fashion or Swim Week, your chauffeur tracks the flight and holds free for 60 minutes before heading to the first venue or hotel on the day's schedule. For multi-venue days, we recommend the hourly hold from the first pickup rather than separate point-to-point bookings.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Can one booking cover multiple runway and showroom stops in a day?
Yes — book hourly at $119/hour, 2-hour minimum, and the vehicle holds with you between venues instead of re-dispatching for each stop.
Is there space for garment racks or model kits?
The Suburban's cargo space handles standard garment bags and kits within the 6-bag capacity; for full clothing racks, tell us in advance so we can plan the load.
Do you serve both Fashion Week and Swim Week bookings?
Yes, this page covers both — the venues and schedule discipline are the same regardless of which week you're booking for.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
