Pickup Procedure
From MIA, FLL, or PBI your chauffeur tracks the flight with a free 60-minute wait at MIA, FLL, or PBI (15 minutes at other pickups), then crosses the Rickenbacker Causeway onto Key Biscayne — the toll is included in your quoted fare, not billed separately. At the resort, we pull into the main porte-cochere; for wedding parties we coordinate a separate arrival point with the property's event team ahead of time.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Can you coordinate transportation for a destination wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne?
Yes — we work with the resort's event team on arrival timing, and for a wedding the Suburban is usually booked by the hour so the same chauffeur can carry the wedding party to the ceremony and come back for the next leg. It is one vehicle and one chauffeur. For guest transportation beyond that, Mercedes Sprinter vans are available on request — contact us for availability.
How long does it take from Miami International Airport to Key Biscayne?
About 35 minutes and 20 miles under normal traffic, including the causeway crossing; weekend beach traffic on the island can add extra time.
Do you serve Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach airports for Key Biscayne guests as well?
Yes, all three South Florida airports are covered; the MIA to Key Biscayne fare is $149 flat and the FLL fare is $189 flat.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
