Pickup Procedure
From MIA, FLL, or PBI your chauffeur tracks the flight with a free 60-minute wait at MIA, FLL, or PBI (15 minutes at other pickups). Acqualina sits about 22 miles and 35 minutes from MIA; we route to avoid the Sunny Isles Boulevard corridor at peak hours where possible and pull directly into the resort's covered entrance for the handoff.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
