We run one black Suburban, 6 passengers and 6 bags, with the same chauffeur for the whole booking. For a group that means holding the vehicle by the hour against your program — the wedding party to the ceremony, back for the parents, staged again for the couple's departure — instead of reserving a row of cars we don't have.
For a single traveler just checking into the Fontainebleau for a conference, the same standard applies at a smaller scale — one driver, tracked flight, direct drop at the hotel's main entrance rather than a shared shuttle line.
Pickup Procedure
From MIA, FLL, or PBI, we track your flight and hold a free 60-minute wait at MIA, FLL, or PBI (15 minutes at other pickups) before the meter — or the group's departure schedule — starts. The Fontainebleau sits about 15 miles and 32 minutes from MIA; for hourly event bookings we agree on one pickup point with the property's valet team ahead of the date, so your group isn't waiting at a different tower entrance than the car.
Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign is an optional $199 add-on at checkout.

Can you handle a wedding block at the Fontainebleau?
Partly. We handle the wedding party's own car — one Suburban, up to 6 passengers, held by the hour and timed against your planner's schedule. We can't put six cars at the porte-cochere at once, so tell us early what the block actually needs and we'll be straight about the part we can cover.
How do you avoid confusion with the Fontainebleau's own valet during a large event?
We agree on a single pickup point and rough times with the property's event and valet teams before the date, and your chauffeur texts when he is a couple of minutes out — so the car is where your guests were told it would be, not circling.
What's the drive time from Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Fontainebleau?
Around 40-45 minutes depending on causeway traffic. If your party lands on separate flights, we run the transfers back to back on the same vehicle rather than promising two simultaneous pickups.
Do you quote a conference group as one booking?
Yes — multi-day and hourly bookings are quoted as one schedule rather than trip by trip. Send your dates, headcount, and the program through the site and we'll quote the whole block.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Curbside pickup with flight tracking is standard. Meet and greet is an optional $199 add-on, chosen at checkout and charged once per booking. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. It needs your flight number.
