Corporate & Executive Car Service
A travel manager booking rides for a sales team doesn't want twelve separate receipts landing on twelve separate expense reports. A corporate account gets one monthly invoice, a ride-desk phone line for last-minute changes, and drivers who already know not to make small talk during a call.
The account setup is straightforward: authorized bookers on file, a standing rate agreed up front, and billing that runs monthly rather than per-ride. For a company flying executives in and out of MIA, FLL, and PBI regularly, that consistency matters more than any single fare.
This isn't the leisure-traveler booking flow. It's built for HR and travel-desk buyers who need a vendor relationship, not a one-off app download — invoicing, a direct line, and accountability if a driver runs late.
Pickup Procedure
For airport pickups under a corporate account, we track every traveler's flight individually and hold the standard free wait — 60 minutes at MIA, 15 minutes at FLL and PBI. Authorized bookers can add or change a pickup by phone or email without re-entering payment details each time, since billing runs against the account, not the traveler's card.

Frequently Asked
How does corporate billing work — do we get one monthly invoice?
Yes — a corporate account consolidates rides into a single monthly invoice rather than per-trip charges to individual cards.
Can our travel coordinator book on behalf of executives without their card on file?
Yes, that's the point of the account setup — authorized bookers arrange rides against the company account directly.
Is there a dedicated line for last-minute changes during business travel?
Corporate accounts get a direct ride-desk contact for same-day changes rather than routing through the general booking form.
What's included in the corporate rate versus standard hourly pricing?
Corporate accounts are quoted a standing rate agreed at setup; hourly work still runs from the $110 base with a 3-hour minimum unless negotiated otherwise in your account terms.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup by card link, Zelle, or cash. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Inside that window, 50% of the deposit is retained; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — up to 2 complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) with advance request. Additional seats are subject to availability and an advance-approved quote.
