Move-in weekends in August and January run heavier than any other traffic window on this route - dorm loading zones get backed up fast, and a chauffeur who's done the run before knows which entrance actually moves.
Pickup Procedure
Your chauffeur tracks your flight and waits curbside at the arrivals level door nearest your baggage carousel, or inside at baggage claim with a name sign if you chose meet-and-greet - free for the first 60 minutes at MIA. Families arriving for UM move-in should expect a slightly longer load time given the extra boxes, which the driver builds into the schedule automatically.
