We build that into the pickup window rather than pretending it doesn't exist, so a 6pm return from MIA during a tournament weekend isn't a surprise to either of us.
Pickup Procedure
For pickups within Key Biscayne, your chauffeur arrives at the address you provide — a Ritz-Carlton entrance, a Crandon Boulevard condo lobby, or a private residence gate — within the agreed window, texts on approach, and waits at the curb or portico. Fifteen minutes of wait time is included at no charge for any non-airport pickup on the island.

Yes, that is what a standing account is for — recurring airport runs can be set up in advance, same driver each time, with the same payment and cancellation terms per trip: a 50% deposit if booked ahead, full fare if booked inside 72 hours, and free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
How do you handle Crandon Park tournament traffic?
We check the tournament and event calendar before confirming pickup windows on those weekends and build in extra causeway time, since it's the only route on and off the island.
Do you carry golf bags from Crandon Golf Course?
Yes, the Suburban's cargo area takes a full set of golf bags plus luggage without needing a second vehicle.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
