For downtown pickups near the courthouse or government center, your chauffeur waits curbside or in the nearest legal loading zone and adjusts to hearing delays without an extra charge for the first 15 minutes. For Kaseya Center events, we confirm the specific gate or drop-off point in advance and stage there ahead of the event's scheduled end.

A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due before pickup by card link, Zelle, or cash. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Inside that window, 50% of the deposit is retained; no-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Yes — up to 2 complimentary child seats (infant, toddler, or booster) with advance request. Additional seats are subject to availability and an advance-approved quote.
