How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now, with the balance due 72 hours before pickup by the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
