Pickup Procedure
For West Palm Beach pickups, your chauffeur meets you at the Kravis Center entrance, a CityPlace/Rosemary Square address, or a downtown hotel, confirming by text on approach and holding 15 minutes at no charge. For Kravis Center evenings, we stage near your specified exit ahead of the performance's scheduled end time.

How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
