Pickup Procedure
For Aventura pickups — Aventura Mall entrances, Turnberry Isle, Williams Island, or residential addresses — your chauffeur arrives at the specified location with 15 minutes of free wait time, and for wait-and-return mall trips, stays on call at the hourly rate until you're ready to head home.

No single flat fare given the range of use — hourly service starts at $119 with a 2-hour minimum, with point-to-point pricing available for specific one-way trips.
How do gate and building access work for Turnberry Isle pickups?
Provide your building name and any gate code or guard-desk instructions when booking, and your chauffeur will handle access without needing you to meet them at a gate.
How does payment work?
Payment reserves your date. Book more than 72 hours ahead and a 50% deposit reserves it now; 72 hours before pickup, the balance is charged automatically to the payment method you booked with. Book 72 hours or less ahead and checkout collects the whole fare. There's no card processing fee — that's built into the flat rate — and gratuity is optional.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Inside that window, we retain 25% of the fare; no-shows retain 50% of the fare.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are $49 each for the first two and $99 each after that, charged once per booking. Round trips and multi-leg bookings add 50% per additional leg. Request them when you book so they are installed before pickup.
